Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
The IronPigs (29-25) play the finale of a three-game series at Coca-Cola Park against the West Division-leading Toledo Mud Hens (35-19), who own the best record in Triple-A... With an 8-7 defeat last night, the Pigs have dropped three in a row as well as six of their last seven contests. In addition, they have fallen out of first place for the first time since May 9 after holding at least a share for 25-straight days. Lehigh Valley is 1-4 on this six-game homestand.... The Mud Hens -- Detroit's top affiliate -- have now won four-straight affairs to set a season's high-water mark of 16 games above .500. This recent surge started after the Hens suffered a 4-7 span from May 19-29.
RHP Ben Lively (1-2, 2.74) will start for LHV against RHP A.J. Ladwig (5-1, 4.64).
First-pitch is 1:35 p.m.
The Pigs next embark on a six-game, South Division road trip starting Tuesday at Gwinnett.
