The IronPigs (34-29) play Game 1 of a three-game series against the Gwinnett Braves (30-34) at Coca-Cola Park after the two teams split a four-game series at last week at Coolray Field... With a 10-3 loss to Durham on Sunday, the Pigs still took the three-game set from the Bulls despite starting 2-1 on this 10-day, 10-game homestand. The Pigs are 8-4 in June and sport a 19-12 record since May 12 after starting 15-17... The Braves -- Atlanta's top affiliate -- won 10-3 on Sunday at Norfolk to sweep a three-game series at Harbor Park. The streaking G-Braves have won five in a row -- one away from their season-high (April 12-17) -- after a season-high, seven-game losing streak (May 31 to June 7). After getting off to an IL-best 10-3 start, they went 15-31 until their recent surge.

RHP David Buchanan (3-4, 4.76) will start for LHV against RHP Joel De La Cruz (1-1, 5.73).
