The first-place IronPigs (42-31) play Game 2 of a three-game series against the second-place Buffalo Bisons (34-33) at Coca-Cola Field... With an 8-3 win last night, the Pigs improved to 2-2 on this six-game, North Division road trip and snapped a five-game losing streak in Buffalo dating back to last season (June 14). In addition, they increased their lead in the North Division to a season-high 5.0 games -- their largest lead since June 13, 2017 (+5.5). Lehigh Valley has posted a 13-5 record over their last 18 contests and has gone 34-21 after starting 8-10 through April 25... The Bisons -- Toronto's top affiliate -- have now dumped four-consecutive games which tied their longest skid of the season first set May 10-14. Further, the Bisons own just a 9-13 record in June -- going from tied for the IL North lead to 5.0 games back of Lehigh Valley.

RHP Tom Eshelman (1-6, 7.09) will start for LHV against RHP Taylor Guerrieri (1-1, 4.74).
