Rome Emperors News Release
The Rome Braves have placed LHP Ronan Pacheco on the disabled list effective today with a left deltoid strain. The team receives RHP Gus Schlosser from the Danville Braves. Schlosser was Atlanta's 17th round selection this year and pitched at Florida Southern where he was the Moccasins' No. 1 starter this season and posted a 7-1 record with a 2.90 earned run average. His ERA was the best among the Moccasin starting pitchers. He led the pitching staff in innings pitched with 96 and a third and in starts with 14. He was second on the team in strikeouts with 82 and walked just 19.
