Last-Second Goal Lifts Broncos over Hitmen

Swift Current, SK - Ryon Moser scored on a partial breakaway with 0.8 seconds remaining to give the Swift Current Broncos a 5-4 win over the Calgary Hitmen Wednesday night at Credit Union i-plex.

Alex Roach and Brady Brassart both scored twice for Calgary while Cody Sylvester chipped in a pair of assists for the Hitmen who saw their two game winning streak come to an end.

Adam Lowry led the Broncos scoring attack with four points (1g 3a) in a game that was even throughout tied 2-2 after 20 minutes and 3-3 heading to the third period.

The Hitmen, now 33-14-1-3, return to action Friday night in Saskatoon against the 2013 MasterCard Memorial Cup host Blades.
