Las Vegas to Don Specialty "Superhero Jerseys"

Las Vegas - The Las Vegas Wranglers have unveiled their specialty Spiderman-inspired "Superhero Jersey," which will be worn when the team takes on the Idaho Steelheads on Saturday, Mar. 1, at 7:05pm.

The game will be the second of five straight between the Wranglers and Steelheads, the first two of which will be decided here in Las Vegas on Friday and Saturday night. The series will then shift to Boise, Ida. for three consecutive games on the Steelheads' home ice next week.

The jersey itself features the Wranglers' alternate crest in the center as well as patches for both the sweater sponsor, Diamondback Land Surveying, and the night's beneficiary, Children's Hospital of Nevada at UMC. All game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off after the game, with proceeds benefiting Children's Hospital of Nevada at UMC.

Both adult and youth size replicas will be available for purchase in the Team Shop, plus one lucky fan will win a free "jersey off the back" from a Wrangler player during the second intermission. Marvel's own Spiderman will also be live and in costume on the concourse during the game.
