
LAFC Comes Back for 2-1 Win over FC Cincinnati

The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) used two second half goals to storm back and defeat FC Cincinnati 2-1 at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati. LAFC sits in first place in the Western Conference and has the best record in the league with a 6-1-1 record and 19 points.
After Luciano Acosta put Cincinnati up 1-0 just seconds before halftime, Kellyn Acosta scored his first LAFC goal in the 59th minute to tie the match and Danny Musovski scored the game-winner in the 79th minute.
The Black & Gold return home to host Minnesota United on Sunday, May 1 at 7:00 p.m. at Banc of California Stadium.
NEWS & NOTES:
This was LAFC's first visit to Cincinnati and the second all-time match between the clubs. LAFC defeated Cincinnati 2-0 at Banc of California Stadium in 2019.
Kellyn Acosta scored his first goal with LAFC.
Doniel Henry started in defense, but was forced to come out due to a hamstring injury in the first half.
