La Crosse, WI - July 10th, 2011 - Cory Kyle started for the Green Bay Bullfrogs and allowed just one run in a 6-1 victory against the Loggers in La Crosse. The 'Frogs scored two in the first and three in the third as Adam Cimber tossed three shutout innings to earn his second save of the year.

Ty Filliben led off the game with a double. Jacob May hit a fielder's choice back to the pitcher as Filliben got caught between second and third. May would move to second during the rundown. After a strikeout and a walk Cameron Dullnig hit a single into right field for a two-RBI, two-out single to give the 'Frogs a 2-0 lead.

In the third the Bullfrogs tacked on another three runs to give Green Bay a 5-0 lead. The first two runners reached in the inning before Mitch Haniger had an RBI double. Duncan McAlpine was hit by a pitch to load the bases for Dullnig. Cameron hit two home run distance foul balls in the at bat before grounding out to the second baseman to drive in his third run of the day. The ball was too slow to turn a double play which extended the inning. Joe Betcher then drove in a run with a single to make it 5-0 nothing.

Kyle started for the Bullfrogs and did not allow a hit in the first five innings. In the sixth he gave up back to back singles and a sacrifice fly to Andrew Knapp. It was the first run that Kyle had allowed as a starter this year spanning 16 innings over three starts. Billy Moon entered the game after the sacrifice fly and gave up two singles to load the bases with one out. Moon then struck out Bobby Juan and forced Mike Reeves into a ground out that was sharply hit to the first baseman Joe Betcher.

Adam Cimber entered the game in the seventh and gave up just two singles to earn the three inning save and give the 'Frogs a 6-1 victory.
