
Komets Waive Rideout

Fort Wayne Komets News Release
Fort Wayne, IN --- The Komets announced today that they have placed goaltender Scott Rideout on waivers. Rideout, 26, was one of 3 netminders on the Komet's roster and appeared in 7 games posting a 3.71 goals-against average and .859 save percentage. Rideout had been on the Komet's roster since the start of the season.
The Komet's roster is trimmed to 19 players including 2 goaltenders, 7 defensemen and 10 forwards.
Komets to host River Otters for Thanksgiving and Saturday.....the Komets have 3 games slated for this weekend including the traditional Fort Wayne Thanksgiving game Thursday night at 7:35pm against the Missouri River Otters. The Komets travel to Rockford to face the IceHogs Friday at 8:05pm (7:05 Rockford, Illinois time) and then return home to host the River Otters again Saturday night at 7:35.
Still plenty of good seats are available for all Komet home games. Tickets are on sale at the Coliseum Ticket Office and online at www.ticketmaster.com.
