
Komets host Wings on BobbleHead Night tonight, Curadeau returns from Norfolk

Fort Wayne, IN - The Komets will complete a stretch of four games in four nights tonight when they host the Kalamazoo Wings at the Memorial Coliseum at 7:30.
Friday the Komets began the weekend with a 3-2 shootout loss to the visiting Bloomington PrairieThunder. Saturday the Komets traveled to Port Huron and were doubled-up 4-2 by the Icehawks. Sunday the Komets upended the Lumberjacks at Muskegon 5-1.
Tonight is Komet BobbleHead Night as Guy Dupuis Turner Cup BobbleHead dolls, courtesy of Source One Solutions, will be handed out to fans arriving through the turnstiles while supplies last.
Tonight's game will also mark the return of center Mathieu Curadeau to the Fort Wayne lineup. Curadeau, 23, started this season scoring 13 goals and 20 points in 13 games with the Komets before being called up by the Norfolk Admirals of the AHL Nov. 28. Curadeau appeared in 12 games during his stay with Norfolk netting two goals and posting a plus/minus of -1 while accumulating 15 penalty minutes.
After tonight, the Komets have four games in five nights starting with the traditional Fort Wayne New Year's Eve game Wednesday at 7:30pm against the Flint Generals. Friday the Komets skate at Port Huron at 7:30pm, Saturday the Komets face the Wings at Kalamazoo at 7:30pm and Sunday Fort Wayne finishes week 12 with a 4pm faceoff at Flint.
