Knapp Reassigned to Rochester

Greenville, SC: Today the Road Warriors, proud ECHL affiliate of the New York Rangers, announced goaltender Connor Knapp has been reassigned to the Rochester Americans of the AHL.
Knapp, 23, has played in 16 games with the Road Warriors posting a 5-7-0 record and a 2.32 goals against average. The York, New York native currently ranks third in the ECHL with a .933 save percentage. Knapp was named the ECHL goalie of the week for 12/16-12/22. The rookie goaltender was selected in the sixth round by the Buffalo Sabres in 2009 NHL Entry Draft.
The Road Warriors begin a three-week road trip in Evansville this weekend on Friday at 8:15 p.m. Fans can hear the game by clicking the listen live link on the Road Warriors homepage or watch via America One.
