Kitsyn Reassigned to Reign

ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Reign, four-time ECHL Pacific Division Champions and proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's 2014 Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings and Winnipeg Jets, have announced that forward Maxim Kitsyn has been reassigned to the club from the Manchester Monarchs.

Kitsyn, 23, has already tallied 31 points (17g-14a) and 117 penalty minutes in 45 games with Ontario this season. During his most recent assignment to Manchester, the 6-foot-2, 192-pound winger tallied no points in two games; he has posted one goal in seven total matches with Manchester this season.

The native of Novokuznetsk, Russia was selected by the Kings in the sixth round of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft (158th overall).
