Kings Win for Second Straight Night
July 21, 2009 - Frontier League (FL)
Kalamazoo Kings News Release
For the second straight night the Kings used big innings to defeat the Windy City Thunderbolts 9-4 Tuesday night. In similar fashion to last night, the Kings jumped to a big lead only to see the Thunderbolts scratch back into the contest, but then piece together a final big inning to put the game away. Amos Ramon was the star of the game with two triples, including a bases loaded clearing one in the third. The bullpen also stood out, pitching four innings of three hit, one run ball.
