The Kalamazoo Kings lost to the Traverse City Beach Bums 4-2 Wednesday night. Beach Bums' starter Kevin Reese got the best of the Kings' lineup by throwing seven innings and only allowing one ER. Traverse City used a four run sixth to pull ahead and they held on for the win. The Kings' bullpen shut down the Beach Bums over the last three innings, only allowing one hit and striking out four Bums.
