
Rascals, RiverHawks Postponed

River City Rascals News Release
LOVES PARK, IL - The Rascals and RiverHawks game scheduled for tonight has been postponed due to inclement weather in the Rockford area. The two teams will meet in a doubleheader beginning tomorrow at 6:05 p.m.
River City will bump back their rotation one day and toss Daniel Howard (5-5, 5.12) in game one opposite Fabian Gomez (4-3, 5.61). Game two will feature Josh Lowey (7-2, 2.90) against Mikael Ryder (0-1, 4.50). Tomorrow will be the fifth doubleheader day for the Rascals, with number six set for Saturday when Gateway and River City hook up in their second split city day/night twin bill.
The Rascals are currently a game back of Southern Illinois for the West Division lead and only a half game behind Windy City in the wild card race for the final playoff spot.
