Kings Assign Toffoli to Manchester

LOS ANGELES, CA - The Los Angeles Kings, the parent club of the Manchester Monarchs, have assigned forward Tyler Toffoli to the Monarchs, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.

Toffoli has appeared in 33 games for the Kings this season and has 17 points (9-817) and a plus-14 rating. The 6-foot-1, 194-pound native of Scarborough, Ontario has 12 points (7-512) and two penalty minutes in 10 games with the Monarchs this season. As the reigning AHL Rookie of the Year, Toffoli has collected 64 points (36-2864) and 20 penalty minutes in 69 games with the Monarchs over parts of three seasons.

The Monarchs travel to Newfoundland to battle with the St. John's IceCaps at 6:00 p.m. at Mile One Centre on Friday, January 17.
