Kings Assign Clune To Manchester

LOS ANGELES, CA - The Los Angeles Kings, the parent club of the Manchester Monarchs, have assigned forward Richard Clune to the Monarchs, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.

Clune, 22, made his Kings/NHL debut on Thursday and has played in two games with the Kings, recording two points (both assists) and seven penalty minutes. He has also played in 41 games with the Monarchs and has 12 points (3912) and a team-leading 119 penalty minutes. The 5-foot-10, 198-pounder is a native of Toronto.
