Infielder Scott Kingery with the Reading Fightin Phils

illies infielder Scott Kingery has been added to the Reading Fightin ils roster on a rehab assignment. He is scheduled to play nine innings at second base on Thursday, and is slated to play third base and center field for the Fightins on Friday. The Fightin ils are home hosting the Portland Sea Dogs at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday and 7:10 p.m. on Friday.
Scott Kingery has been sidelined since April 20 with a strained right hamstring, after the 25-year-old batted .406 (13-for-32) in 14 games for the iladelphia illies this season. Kingery was drafted by the illies in the second round out of the University of Arizona in 2015. He played for the Reading Fightin ils in 2016 and 2017, batting .290 combined with 20 home runs, 23 stolen bases, and 62 RBIs across 106 total games.
WHEN: Thursday, May 16: First pitch at 6:45 p.m.
Friday, May 17: First pitch at 7:10 p.m.
