
Killer Bees Set Opening Night Roster

Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees News Release
HIDALGO, TEXAS --- The Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees of the Central Hockey League (CHL) today made the final set of roster cuts to start the 2008-09 season, releasing defensemen Dan McNeill and Chad Swartzentruber.
The team will begin the season with three goaltenders, five defensemen and 11 forwards.
The Bees open their sixth season at Dodge Arena on October 18 vs. the Rocky Mountain Rage. The first 1000 kids through the doors will receive a Killer Bees jersey courtesy San Juan Pharmacy and KRGV NEWSCHANNEL 5.
Single game tickets for the 2008-09 season, including the team's preseason game vs. Laredo (October 10), are on sale now at all Ticketmaster outlets including the Dodge Arena Box Office. Season tickets are available now by calling 956-843-PUCK (7825).
