Keys and Hillcats Cancelled Due to Rain

After four innings this evening at City Stadium, rain put a halt to the series finale between Frederick and Lynchburg. The series finale has been cancelled with the game tied 0-0 headed to the top of the fifth inning. The game will not be remade do to the fact that both teams do not play again in the first half. This is the first game the Keys have lost in 2009.

Frederick heads home for a Friday night doubleheader, June 12th with two seven-inning games against Potomac with the first to start at 5:00 p.m. The Keys will have Pedro Beato for the opener and Chris Salberg for game two of the twin bill.
