Kevin Harvey Loaned To Syracuse

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League and the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, today announced that forward Kevin Harvey has been loaned to the Syracuse Crunch of the AHL. This marks the first trip to the AHL for Harvey, a third year pro from Sheffield, Ontario. In twenty-one games with the Royals this season, Harvey has scored two goals picked up seven assists (nine points) and registered a league leading 111 penalty minutes, while playing to a plus-7 (+7). Harvey, who leads the Royals with nine fighting majors, has had at least on penalty in all twenty-one games he's played for Reading.

The Royals travel to First Arena in Elmira, New York, to take on the Elmira Jackals on Friday night (December 5 @ 7:35 pm). Friday's game will be broadcast live on the Royals Radio Network Presented by Transmissions by Arbogast (True Oldies WRAW 1340 am in Reading; and The Ticket WLAN 1390 am in Lancaster), as well as on the internet via webcast hosted by Sportsjuice.com, which can be accessed through the Royals website.
