Cedar Rapids, IA - The Cedar Rapids Kernels have reinstated third baseman Christian Encarnacion-Strand off the 7-day injured list. With today's transaction, the Kernels active roster now stands at 26 players.
Encarnacion-Strand missed five games on the IL due to a concussion. The Twins No. 24 prospect per MLB Pipeline has slashed .294/.361/.580 for a .941 OPS, smashing 20 doubles, three triples and 17 home runs while driving in 60 and scoring 45 runs.
