
K-Wings Chamber Ribbon Cutting Tomorrow

Kalamazoo, MI- Three days after celebrating the release of their 40th anniversary logo, the Kalamazoo Wings will have another reason to rejoice as the Buchanan Area Chamber of Commerce will be welcoming the K-Wings to their Chamber with a brief ribbon cutting ceremony.
The ceremony, which will be held in front of the main entrance of Wings Stadium, will occur tomorrow, Thursday, September 19th at noon.
A staff photo will occur prior to the ribbon cutting ceremony, which will be the symbolic welcome for the K-Wings into the Chamber.
Randy Hendrixson, the director of the Buchanan Area Chamber of Commerce will serve as the master of ceremonies and members of the K-Wings staff, including Kalamazoo's favorite mascot Slappy will be on hand for this prestigious event.
Season and flexi-plan tickets for the upcoming 40th Anniversary season of K-Wings hockey are currently on sale at the K-Wings front office. Fans can purchase their tickets during regular business hours by calling a K-Wings Ticket Representative at (269) 743-6011.
