
Junior college standout to join Esks' receiving corps

(Edmonton) The defending Grey Cup champion Edmonton Eskimos announced today the signing of former Northwest Mississippi Community College star John Harris.
Harris had two stellar years at Northwestern Mississippi chalking up a total of 88 catches for 1280 yards and 19 touchdowns. As a freshman, Harris was a second-team NJCAA All-American and as a sophomore in 2003 he led Northwest in receiving for the second consecutive season with 33 catches for 473 yards and 4 TD's.
