
Juniel Querecuto Named Triple-A West Player of the Week

RENO, Nev. - Reno Aces infielder Juniel Querecuto has been named Triple-A West Player of the Week, after slashing .462/.500/.846 in his last six games.
Querecuto drove in 10 runs in the six-game stretch, including two doubles, a triple and two homers. The versatile infielder scored 10 runs himself on 12 hits and two walks. In 28 plate appearances, Querecuto struck out just twice.
Querecuto is the fourth Ace to earn Player or Pitcher of the Week honors this season, joining Josh VanMeter, Humberto Mejia and Ben DeLuzio.
