Three home runs were not enough for the Bees, as Salt Lake falls 10-7 to the Reno Aces on Sunday afternoon. Reno led 5-0 when the Bees got on the board in the sixth on an RBI triple by Brendon Davis and a two run homer by Mitch Walding. The Aces scored two in the 7th and three in the eighth, two of which were unearned before Salt Lake got a pair of two run blasts in the ninth by Chad Wallach and Jake Gatewood.

Starter Tyler Danish took the loss for the Bees, as he went four innings and allowed five runs on eight hits with a personal season high six strikeouts and one walk. Michael Stefanic led the Bees with three hits to lift his league leading batting average to .346. Walding added three hits and two runs batted in, while Davis added two hits to stretch his hitting streak to nine games.
