The Mudcats continue a seven game road trip with game one of a four game series tonight in Myrtle Bach against the Pelicans at TicketReturn.Com Field. Carolina is coming off a series win against the Red Sox in Salem and will send RHP Lucas Sims to the bump for game one in Myrtle Beach. Sims enters tonight's start 2-4 with a 6.46 ERA over seven starts this season. He last pitched on 7/5 against the Pelicans and allowed six runs on three hits over three innings pitched. It was his first start back with the Mudcats since returning from the disabled list on 7/3. Sims was 1-0 with a 1.38 ERA over two starts (13ip, 12h, 3r, 2er, 2bb, 10so) in May before going on the DL on 5/14.

Tonight's game begins at 7:05 p.m. at TicketReturn.Com Field in Myrtle Beach, SC and will air on the Mudcats Radio Network with the pre game show beginning at 6:50 p.m.
