
Josh Beauregard receives top honors

WORCESTER, MA- The Worcester Tornadoes announced today that Josh Beauregard was selected as a member of the 2006 Can Am League Post-Season All-Star Team.
Josh played in every game this season for the Tornadoes and finished the season hitting .274, slugging .346, with an on-base percentage of .348. He lead the Can Am League in runs scored with 63 and tipples with eight. Always a threat on the base-paths, Josh stole 22 bags on the season.
Josh lead the Tornadoes this year in both sacrifice flies and at-bats. He put together a home consecutive on-base streak of 14 games from July 4th to the 29th and a road consecutive on-base streak of 17 games from May 29th to June 27th. Defensively, his dazzling outfield play brought fans to their feet on countless occasions.
