
Jordan Kyrou Assigned to Rampage

SAN ANTONIO, TX - St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced on Monday that the Blues have assigned rookie forward Jordan Kyrou to the San Antonio Rampage.
Kyrou, 20, started the season in the NHL with the Blues, recording an assist and two penalty minutes in nine games. A second-round draft pick (35th overall) for the Blues in 2016, Jordan played the past four seasons in the Ontario Hockey League with the Sarnia Sting. The Toronto, Ontario native totaled 39 goals and 109 points in 56 games with Sarnia last season, finishing third in the league in scoring.
Jordan led the OHL with 70 assists and was named to the league's First All-Star Team. He was awarded the Red Tilson Trophy as the league's Most Outstanding Player, as well as the Jim Mahon Trophy as the OHL's highest scoring right winger.
In 250 career OHL games, Jordan collected 99 goals and 290 points. He won a gold medal with Team Canada at the 2018 World Junior Championships.
The Rampage begin a four-game road trip on Friday when they face the San Jose Barracuda at SAP Center. Puck drop is scheduled for 9 p.m. CT, with the game available on The Ticket 760AM and on AHLTV.
