THE HIGHLIGHTS:
The Roadrunners remain in second place in the Pacific Division with a win percentage of .813 through eight games.
Forward Conor Garland was named CCM/AHL Player of the Week this morning after recording seven points (two goals, five assists) this weekend. Friday night the 2015 draft selection of the Arizona Coyotes tied a franchise record with five points en route to the team recording eight goals, also a franchise record, in the win over Ontario.
Rookie Matteo Gennaro also made history Friday night, registering the fourth hat trick in team history in the decisive win.
Second-year pro Hunter Miska recorded both wins in net for the Roadrunners, advancing his record to 3-1-1.

THIS WEEK'S NOTES:
Five-on-five play continues to be a strong suit for Tucson thus far, outscoring their opposition 23-12 through eight games.
Tucson's .813 win percentage ranks fifth in the entire American Hockey League.
Scoring four goals or more in half of their games this season, the Roadrunners have not yet lost a game when reaching that benchmark.
