Joe Bisenius Placed On Lynx Disabled List

OTTAWA - The Lynx have placed RHP Joe Bisenius on the disabled list with a shoulder injury.

Bisenius, 24, is 1-2 with a 6.48 ERA in 19 games for the Lynx this season. He has six holds and 17 strikeouts in 25 innings pitched this season. He started the season in the Major Leagues with Philadelphia, holding Atlanta and Florida scoreless in two short outings before being transferred to the Lynx roster April 10th.

Bisenius split last season between the Phillies' Single-A affiliate in Clearwater and their Double-A club in Reading, going a combined 8-3 with a 2.25 ERA in 51 games with the Threshers and Phillies.
