Jiménez Activated off the DL

Charlotte Knights News Release
OF Eloy Jiménez, who is ranked as the top prospect in the Chicago White Sox system, has been activated off of Charlotte's DL today. He was placed on the club's DL on July 2nd. He will bat third and DH in today's 5:05 p.m. game against the Durham Bulls from Durham, NC. The 21-year-old slugger has appeared in 12 games with the Knights since being promoted from Double-A Birmingham. He has compiled a .293 batting average (12-for-41) with four runs scored, one double, two home runs, and four RBIs with the Knights.
