Jewish Heritage Night Coming July 10

(Trenton, NJ)- The Trenton Thunder, Double A Affiliate of the New York Yankees, will host the first ever Trenton Thunder Jewish Heritage Night on Thursday, July 10 starting at 6:00 PM. The event will feature a pregame concert by "America's Favorite Jewish Rock Band," Blue Fringe, as well as kosher food served by Max & David's Restaurant of Elkins Park, PA. Regular concessions offerings will still be available.
Jewish Heritage Night is in celebration of the 60th Anniversary of Israel becoming a state earlier this year and is being celebrated by many local Jewish organizations, including The Jewish Federations of Greater Middlesex County and Princeton Mercer Bucks, as well as Tifereth Israel Synagogue. The Thunder take on the Altoona Curve, Double A Affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, starting at 7:05 PM.

If people would like to purchase individual tickets for the night separate from any of the groups, you can also contact the Thunder Ticket Office at 609-394-3300 ext. 101 or visit www.trentonthunder.com to print an order form that can be mailed, faxed or brought to the Thunder ticket office. A percentage of each ticket sold will benefit the above organizations.
