Jaspers and Tselios to Meet Fans at Eastfield Mall on Wednesday

Springfield, Mass. – Springfield Falcons center Jason Jaspers and defenseman Nikos Tselios will be at Eastfield Mall this Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. to meet fans and sign autographs. Raffles of a game-used hockey stick signed by the Springfield Falcons as well as Falcons' ticket packs will be held to benefit the American Red Cross.

Jaspers, 23, is in his fourth season with the Falcons. The native of Thunder Bay, Ontario is the sixth-leading scorer in Falcons' franchise history with 122 points (50g, 72a) in 226 games. Jaspers was drafted in the third round of the 1999 NHL Entry Draft by the Phoenix Coyotes. He made his NHL debut on January 21, 2002 for the Coyotes against the Nashville Predators.

Tselios, 26, is playing in his third season with the Falcons. The blueliner has posted 104 points (26g, 78a) in 378 professional games. Tselios chosen in the first round of the NHL Draft by the Carolina Hurricanes in 1997. The Oak Park, Illinois native made his NHL debut for Carolina on April 12, 2002 versus the Florida Panthers.

Eastfield Mall is located at 1655 Boston Road in Springfield. Jaspers and Tselios will be at Center Court in the mall.
