January 13 game rescheduled, big crowd expected tonight

SOUTHAVEN --- The Central Hockey League announced on Friday that the RiverKings' game at Oklahoma City that was postponed on January 13 has been rescheduled to Thursday, March 22 at the Ford Center in Oklahoma City. Game time will be at 7:05. With the move of this game, the RiverKings will end the season with 8 games in the final 12 days of the season.

Also, with a large crowd expected for tonight's Blazers/RiverKings game at the DeSoto Civic Center, fans are being urged to arrive early. In anticipation of the large crowd, the game's opening face-off has been pushed back to 7:20. Fans that normally come to games should come to the game as though it is 7:05 start. Doors will open at the usual 6:00. The first 1500 fans tonight will receive a RiverKings 15th Anniversary Puck sponsored by the Commercial Appeal.
