
Jackals Sign Willock

Elmira Jackals News Release
The Elmira Jackals announced on Tuesday that they have signed rookie forward Andrew Willock to a standard player contract. The Jackals and the South Carolina Stingrays battle at 7:05 p.m. tonight at the North Charleston Coliseum.
Willock, a native of Mississauga, Ontario has skated the majority of 2010-2011 with the FHL's Danbury Whalers, totaling 38 points (19g-19a) for fourth best on the club and 159 penalty minutes for second best. He also participated in two games this season with the SPHL's Augusta RiverHawks, notching an assist and four penalty minutes.
Willock played the last four seasons at SUNY-Plattsburgh (NCAA, D-III), accumulating 80 points (21g-59a) in 99 career games.
