IN JUST A FEW HOURS...
The Elmira Jackals meet the Gwinnett Gladiators for the first of three times this season to kick off a stretch of five games in seven days at 7:05 p.m. Elmira comes off of a 4-2 victory over Kalamazoo on Saturday night while Gwinnett fell in its last outing on Sunday, 5-2, to the Toledo Walleye.
BUSY STRETCH BEGINS
The five games in seven days stretch is Elmira's busiest to date in the 2011-2012 season. The Jackals will play a three-in-three this weekend with the Reading Royals, with Friday's game at First Arena and Saturday and Sunday's contests in Reading. Elmira then heads to Wheeling to play an "Education Day" game at 11 a.m. on Tuesday against the Nailers.
$2 BUD LIGHT NIGHT, WILLOWCREEK WEDNESDAY, BRING-A-BUDDY TONIGHT
The Jackals will offer $2, 12 oz. Bud Lights to fans 21 years and older tonight at First Arena. Season ticket holders can redeem their free ticket on tonight by bringing in the bring-a-buddy coupon from the season ticket coupon sheet. Tonight's game is also Willowcreek Wednesday. A few lucky fans will have a chance to win golf passes to Willowcreek Golf Club in Big Flats by participating in an intermission on-ice golfing challenge.
