Jackals Announce Recalls of Three

Elmira Jackals News Release


The Elmira Jackals announced on Thursday that forwards Corey Cowick and Mike Hoffman have been recalled to their AHL affiliate, the Binghamton Senators, while defenseman Eric Regan has been recalled to their AHL affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch.

Cowick, a rookie from Gloucester, Ontario, has 13 points (5g-8a) in 28 games with Elmira this season.

Hoffman, is his first pro season out of Kitchener, Ontario, has four assists in three games with the Jackals in 2010-2011.

Regan currently leads ECHL defensemen with 30 points (9g-21a). Last season, the Whitby, Ontario native was second among the league's blue liners with 50 points (16g-34a) with the Bakersfield Condors.

Elmira takes on the Ontario Reign on Friday at Citizens Business Bank Arena.
