
IronPigs Ignite Patriotic Homestand Tuesday

The All-Star season escalates when the IronPigs return home Tuesday for a momentous, promotion-crammed, eight-game homestand at Coca-Cola Park. Three fireworks shows, an appearance by the world-famous Phillie Phanatic and numerous unique giveaways are all on tap for the patriotic week ahead.
Tickets for all upcoming IronPigs home games are still available and can be purchased in-person at Coca-Cola Park, by calling (610) 841-PIGS or online at ironpigsbaseball.com. Prices for single-game tickets remain identical for the third consecutive season and start as low as $6 for General Admission, granting fans access to the Capital BlueCross Lawn seating area and standing room only areas. Field Level reserved seats are just $9.
The IronPigs and Rochester Red Wings play a twin bill on Tuesday starting at 6:05 p.m. as they resume a suspended game from April 16 with no score and two outs in the bottom of the second inning. Phillies LHP J.A. Happ, recovering from a strained left forearm that has sidelined him since late April, will continue a Major League rehab assignment and is expected to pitch during the completion of the suspended game. Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network is the exclusive sponsor of all Major League rehabilitation appearances at Coca-Cola Park.
Game two will follow approximately 25 minutes after the conclusion of game one and will be a seven-inning contest. Note: Only one ticket is needed for both games and all gates open at 5 p.m.
During Tuesday's doubleheader fans won't want to miss the world-famous Phillie Phanatic presented by Polish Water Ice make his first appearance of the year at Coca-Cola Park.
As with every Tuesday home game fans can play TD Bank Ballpark Bingo for a chance to win a $25 Visa Check Card and a team autographed baseball.
The swift three-game, two-day set with the Red Wings concludes Wednesday at 7:05 p.m. with Hispanic Heritage Night at Coca-Cola Park. To celebrate the first 3,000 adults 18 and over will receive an IronPigs Hispanic T-shirt presented by Coca-Cola. Also, in recognition of Hispanic Heritage night, Zumba Dancers and El Grupo Mexicano de Lehigh Valley will be performing in the AT&T Plaza prior to the game.
Drive down to Wawa immediately following the game because all fans in attendance will receive special "Wawa Wednesday" postgame coupons upon exiting Coca-Cola Park.
The IronPigs welcome the Syracuse Chiefs to town for a mini two-game series beginning Thursday at 7:05 p.m. The matchup kicks off a four-day, Independence Day celebration at Coca-Cola Park beginning with a Red, White & Blue IronPigs Cap giveaway courtesy of Lutron to the first 3,000 fans 18 and over.
Prior to every Thursday home game fans can take advantage of a Pig Roast in the AT&T Plaza courtesy of Royal Gourmet Foods.
The action intensifies Friday with Friday Night Fireworks presented by TD Bank immediately following the 7:05 series finale against the Chiefs. Be sure to stick around following every Friday night game this season for the best fireworks display in Eastern Pennsylvania. Also, Fly-Away-Friday presented by the Lehigh Valley International Airport will award a lucky fan a trip for two.
Following a one-game road trip on July 3, the IronPigs patriotic homestand continues on Sunday, July 4 as the IronPigs ignite a four-game set with their Northern Division rival, the Pawtucket Red Sox at Coca-Cola Park. That series includes:
* July 4: 3-D Fireworks Extravaganza presented by AT&T with 3-D Glasses (first 7,000 fans) / Patriotic Jersey Auction.
* July 5: Fireworks presented by Coors Light.
* July 6: Pork Racer Bobblehead Series, #2: Diggity (first 2,000 children 12 and under) presented by Tobacco-Free Northeast PA.
* July 7: 2010 All-Star Game Souvenir Glass (first 3,000 adults 18 and over) presented by BJ's Wholesale Club.

With the exception of Saturday home games and other noted games, the Main Gates open 75 minutes prior to game time while the Club Level gates open 90 minutes before scheduled first pitch time.
Fans are reminded that there are three entry points for parking and are encouraged to use the Dauphin Street entrance when traveling from downtown Allentown. In addition to the Dauphin Street entrance, entry to Coca-Cola Park can be gained off American Parkway and Union Boulevard. Preferred/Handicapped Parking access is available via American Parkway only.
The cost of parking for all IronPigs home games is $3 per vehicle.
