The Louisville Bats slugged four home runs as they topped the Tides 7-2 Monday night at Harbor Park.

Gary Matthews Jr., Todd Frazier and Wilkin Castillo each slugged solo shots for the Bats, while Zack Cozart belted a two-run blast to help Louisville salvage a split of the four-game set.

All four homers came off of Tides starter Chris George (3-3), who yielded five runs on eight hits in 6.1 innings of work. George struck out a season-high nine in the contest while throwing 65 of his 83 pitches for strikes.

Michael Aubrey led the Tides offense with a single, double, walk and an RBI, while Nolan Reimold connected on his fourth home run of the season.

Jesus Delgado (1-1) earned the win for the Bats as he yielded two runs on five hits in five innings. Delgado, who was making his first start of the year after 23 appearances in the bullpen, walked one and struck out one.

The Tides will take to the road Tuesday for the start of a seven-game series with the Charlotte Knights, with the first two games coming in Charlotte, followed by three at home and then two more on the road. Chris Tillman (6-4, 2.97) will take the mound for Norfolk against right-hander Lucas Harrell (6-6, 3.81), with first pitch slated for 7:15.

Louisville heads to Durham Tuesday to start a four-game set with the Bulls.
