Iowa Cubs and Las Vegas 51s Rained Out

Des Moines, IA - Tonight's game between the Iowa Cubs and the Las Vegas 51s scheduled for 6:35 at Principal Park has been postponed by rain. The game will be made up as part of a double-header on Tuesday, May 21 with the first game starting at 12:05 PM. The double-header will consist of two seven-inning games.

Tuesday's double-header will be the first two games of a four-game series between the Cubs and 51s. The teams also play on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon at 12:05. The Cubs conclude their current 13-game homestand with five games against the Oklahoma City RedHawks from May 24-27, including a double-header on Sunday, May 26.

LH Brooks Raley (3-3, 4.91 ERA) will start game one for the Cubs on Tuesday against RH Rafael Montero for the 51s. Game two will feature RH Barret Loux (2-2, 8.22 ERA) and RH D.J. Mitchell (1-1, 6.75 ERA) for Las Vegas. The games will be broadcast live on AM 940 and streamed live at iowacubs.com with the On-Deck Circle Pre-Game Show starting at 11:45.
