INFERNO COACH'S SHOW: Wednesday, March 29th at 7pm. OUR LAST COACH'S SHOW OF THE SEASON!!! Chuck Tomes and Chanse Fitzpatrick will be our special guests on the show. Come join us live at The Tap Room, located on Bower Parkway off of Harbison Blvd. The Tap Room is located right next door to the Columbiana Grand Movie Theatre. The Tap Room is home to 50 different beers on tap including root beer. Enjoy their great menu of dinner items, including their Texas Tumbleweed Rolls, Ahi Tuna, Brew Pub Style Roast Beef Sandwich and the Spinach and Portabella Mushroom Sandwich. You can also listen on ESPN 93.1FM from 7pm - 8pm.

The Inferno is 5-3-1 against the Grrrowl this season and 28-1-4 overall. This is the 10th and final game between the Inferno and Grrrowl. Greenville is in third place in the South Division with 85 points (41-23-3).

Pensacola is in last place with 47 points in the South Division (20-40-7). The Inferno is 3-2-2 against the Ice Pilots this season. This is the eighth and ninth game of the season between the Ice Pilots and the Inferno.
LAST WEEK Tuesday, March 21st FLORIDA 4 Columbia 2
Mike Stathopoulos lead the Inferno with one goal and one assist in a 4-2 loss to the Florida Everblades. Florida went up 2-0 early in the first period with goals at 1:28 and 2:28. Mike Stathopoulos put the Inferno on the board at 1:18 as he scores off of a rebound shot by Travis Lisabeth and Brandon Nolan. At 15:43, Derek Eastman tipped in an FP Guenette as he fed him with a centering pass to tie the game at two. Paul Cabana nets a shorthanded goal with 32 seconds left as he records the game-winning goal. Daniel Sisca added the insurance goal at the 15-minute mark to give the Everblades a 4-2 win over the Inferno.
Friday, March 24th COLUMBIA 4 Augusta 3
Jeff Miles penalty shot with 51 seconds to go in regulation gave the Inferno the 4-3 win over the Augusta Lynx. Columbia owned the first period as they scored three goals to Augusta's one. Jason Reimers scored at 3:32 as a power play expired; a pass from Grant Jacobsen deflected the puck right to Reimers, whose slap shot beat the goalie glove side. On a 5-on-3 power play, Mike Stathopoulos passed the puck to a wide-open F.P. Guenette as he one-timed his 11th goal of the season at 6:11. At 13:11, Marc-Andre Bernier dumped the puck to Dallas Flaman behind the net, Flaman brought the puck around and passed to Craig Lazurak in the slot for the one-timer as he nets his first goal of the season. Augusta scored three unanswered goals to tie the game at three a piece. Jeff Miles nets his seventh goal in an Inferno uniform on the penalty shot.
Saturday, March 25th AUGUSTA 6 Columbia 2
The Augusta Lynx scored four second period goals as they defeat the Columbia Inferno 6-2. Augusta went on the board first with a goal by Nicolas Corbeil at 4:13 of the first period. Jeff Mason, Corbeil, Sean Stefanski and Brian Passmore each had a goal for the Lynx during the second period. F.P. Guenette scored his 12th goal of the season at 13:42 of the third period as he nets a shorthanded goal. Dallas Flaman added the second goal for the Inferno at 16:09 with help from Craig Lazaruk and Marc-Andre Bernier. Sam Ftorek scored Augusta's sixth goal at 19:30 as he records a shorthanded goal. Augusta outshot the Inferno 44-26. The Inferno killed all seven of Augusta's power plays.
