THE WEEK AHEAD
Friday, November 12th Inferno vs. Texas Wildcatters Carolina Coliseum 7:30pm
This is the first time Texas is visiting the Carolina Coliseum. The Inferno played two games last season in Texas and went 1-1-0. Texas is in last place in the South Division with a record of 1-4-1.
Saturday, November 13th Inferno @ Pee Dee Pride Florence Civic Center 7:30pm
The Inferno faces the Pride for the second time this season. Last meeting, the Inferno shutout the Pride 3-0 last week. Pee Dee is tied for second place with nine points along with Columbia and South Carolina in the Eastern Division.

Monday, November 1st INFERNO 3 South Carolina 0
The Columbia Inferno recorded their second win of the season as they shutout the South Carolina Stingrays 3-0. After a scoreless first period, Kyle Bruce tipped-in a shot to score on the power play at 1:07 of the second period. Sean Owens and Aaron Smith had the assists. Two minutes later, rookie Chanse Fitzpatrick scores his third goal of the season on the power play to give the Inferno the two-goal advantage with Brad Ralph and Smith helping. Ralph added the empty net goal at 19:26. Mike Minard recorded his first win of the season and his first shutout stopping all 29 shots.
Thursday, November 4th Inferno 2 SOUTH CAROLINA 3
The Inferno came up short by one goal as the Stingrays beat the Inferno 3-2. Chanse Fitzpatrick scored in the first period on the power play. After a scoreless second period, the Stingrays went up by two goals as they take the lead 3-1. Ryan Campbell scored on the third period to bring the Inferno within one goal but could not capitalize.
Friday, November 5th INFERNO 3 PEE DEE 0
Inferno newcomer John Longo scored two goals and goaltender Rob McVicar earned his first shutout of the season as Columbia gain two points in the Eastern Division beating the Pee Dee Pride 3-0. Longo opened the scoring in the first period at 15:20 as he deflected the puck on a Steve Slaton shot. Ryan Campbell had the second assist. In the second period, Brad Ralph scored his fifth goal of the season on a slapshot from in front of the net with passes from Sean Owens and Chanse Fitzpatrick. Longo scored his second goal of the night at 7:51 of the third period from Bryson Busniuk and Greg Amadio. McVicar stopped 30 shots as he improves his record to 2-2-1.
Overall Record: 3-2-3 Position: tied for 2nd with Pee Dee and South Carolina (9 points)
