
Inferno Launch Remodeled Website

COLUMBIA, S.C. (October 18, 2006) - The Columbia Inferno, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs and AHL's Toronto Marlies will unveil a new look for their official website today. The site, www.columbiainferno.com, will feature a greater emphasis on multimedia and an easier to navigate interface. Designed with the help of Infinity Pro Sports, www.columbiainferno.com now has a state-of-the art look and feel, allowing users to access Inferno news and information easier than ever before.
"We are proud to be able to offer our fans a new and improved website," stated Inferno General Manager Kevin Kavanagh. "This is a site that will keep our fans informed about all of the latest news with the Inferno and ECHL. In addition, it will provide up-to-the-minute stats, multimedia and other fan enhancing elements."
Infinity Pro Sports is a division of UK Advertising, Inc. Infinity Pro Sports was developed to devote our full efforts to the sports industry. Since the creation of this division over two years ago, the company has experienced tremendous growth with Minor League Baseball, Hockey, Soccer, Arena Football, and is now breaking into the Collegiate Sports market.
Features new to www.columbiainferno.com include photo galleries, audio interviews, self-contained merchandise store and real time scoring not only for the Inferno, but all ECHL teams.
Season, 18-game, 6-game and flex (8-game) packages are still available by calling the Inferno office at 256-7825. The Inferno opens the season on Friday, October 27th against the Augusta Lynx at 7:05 p.m. Columbia officially opens the 2006-07 season on the road with games in Augusta on Friday, October 20th and South Carolina on Saturday, October 21st and Tuesday, October 24th.
