
Infante Assigned to Rancho Cucamonga

SALT LAKE CITY (May 24, 2008) - The Salt Lake Bees announced today that the club has assigned infielder Larry Infante to single-A Rancho Cucamonga.
Infante, 23, has appeared in three games for the Bees in 2008, hitting .100 with one RBI. The Ocumare del Tuy, Venezuela native has appeared in 34 games for the Quakes this season. He hit .262 with five doubles and nine RBI. Infante signed with the Angels as a nondrafted free agent on February 18, 2004.
