Indy Eleven Unveils 2020 USL Championship Schedule

INDIANAPOLIS - In tandem with USL Championship, Indy Eleven today unveiled its full 34-game 2020 regular season slate that will compose the seventh year of action for Indiana's Team. Those games will be part of the 10th anniversary season for the USL Championship, which will include 595 matches contested by its 35 clubs from March through October.

The full Indy Eleven 2020 schedule can be found at indyeleven.com, while a one-page printable PDF version can be downloaded here. Kickoff times and broadcast information will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

"We are always excited to see what the season will look like and are pleased with how the 2020 calendar lays out for us," said Indy Eleven CEO Greg Stremlaw. "With a fan-friendly home schedule that is weekend-heavy and an overall calendar that includes very few three-game weeks and a handful of bye weeks, we are absolutely ready to build upon last year's historic season."

Seats for Indy Eleven's 17-game home schedule at Lucas Oil Stadium - which includes 15 weekend dates - are currently available via four ticketing options, all of which will include a ticket for the home opener on Saturday, April 4, against arch-rival Louisville City FC:

Season Ticket Memberships: all 17 games with savings up to 40% over single-game pricing and exclusive benefits (memberships start at $170)

Half Season Packages: Two separate 9-game packages featuring savings up to 25% and additional benefits (packages start at $108)

5-Game Partial Season Plans: Four different offerings featuring savings up to 13% (plans start at $70)

Group Tickets: Groups of 10 or more can save up to 22% over single-game pricing and have the chance to earn unique Fan Experience opportunities.

Fans can visit indyeleven.com/tickets or call 317-685-1100 (Mon.-Fri., 9am-5pm) for full details and to secure their seats. Single-game tickets for all 17 home games will be made available to the public in early February.

Highlights from the 2020 Indy Eleven calendar include:

Three "Louisville-Indianapolis Proximity Association Football Contest" rivalry clashes, beginning with the home opener on April 4 and two meetings at LouCity's new home of Lynn Family Stadium on Saturday, June 20, and Saturday, September 12.

Indy Eleven will be featured once on the ESPN's USL Championship Game of the Week package on Thursday, August 27, when it travels to Alabama to face off against Birmingham Legion FC for a 7:00 p.m. ET kickoff airing on ESPN Deportes.

Indiana's Team will celebrate the "Month of May" in Indy with three games, including a match on the eve of the Indianapolis 500 for a second consecutive year (Saturday, May 23 vs. North Carolina FC). In addition, Indy Eleven will play rare Monday (May 4) and Friday (May 8) contests during the week leading up to the GMR Grand Prix that will kick off the month's festivities at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The lone new squad in the Eastern Conference for 2020, The Miami FC, is one familiar to Indy Eleven from their meetings during the 2016-17 NASL campaigns. The South Florida squad - featuring former Eleven standouts Dylan Mares and Marco Franco - and Indiana's Team will renew their rivalry at Lucas Oil Stadium on Friday, May 29, followed by the return match in Miami on August 22.

Indy Eleven's longest homestands of the year will last three games, including the squad's only scheduled games in July (Saturday, July 11, 18 & 25) and a pivotal run late in the season (Sept. 19, Sept. 27 & Oct. 10).

Indy Eleven's longest road swings will be a four-game trip across March to start the campaign and a three-game trip during the first half of August.

Sporting KC II joins Louisville City FC as the only squad Indy Eleven will see three times in regular season action. The Boys in Blue will head west for Week 2 play on March 14 before hosting SKCII on June 13 and October 10.

Following the conclusion of the regular season, the top 10 teams from both the Eastern and Western Conferences will qualify for the 2020 USL Championship Playoffs, culminating with the USL Championship Final that will be held between November 12-16 and aired on an ESPN broadcast network.
