
IceHogs Partner with ESPN 1380 for Equipment Drive

Rockford, Ill.- It's time to clean out the basement and garage and get into the giving spirit as the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League have teamed up with ESPN 1380 to hold a youth sporting equipment drive to help the Stateline Boys and Girls Club.
Beginning Wednesday, Nov. 27 fans are encouraged to help give the gift of sports by donating any type of sports gear. All gently used or new sports equipment will be accepted, including bats, balls, gloves, sticks, helmets, skates, cleats, shoes, etc... Sports apparel will not be accepted. The equipment drive will run until Saturday, Dec. 21, and all donated equipment will be distributed to the Stateline Boys and Girls Club.
All fans that participate by bringing an article of sports gear to the BMO Harris Bank Center will receive a special ticket offer (buy one ticket, get one free) for any IceHogs home game through the January 10th game.
All equipment can be dropped off at any of the following drop-off locations:

Next Home Game: Saturday, Nov. 16 against the San Antonio Rampage, puck drops at 7 p.m. The first 2,500 fans will receive a dri-fit IceHogs baseball hat courtesy of Pepsi.
