IceDogs 7th Man Convoy Maxes out at 10 Buses for Tonight in Mississauga
March 14, 2014 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL)
Niagara IceDogs News Release
The Niagara IceDogs have reached the maximum ten buses that were available to send for their 7th Man Convoy and will have over 500 fans in attendance for tonight's game in Mississauga!
We are hoping to have the last of the buses leave at 5:30pm sharp from the Jack, so we are asking everyone to do their best to arrive around 5pm. The buses are scheduled to begin arriving at the Jack for 5pm and we will be sending them on their way as soon as each bus fills up, so the earlier fans get there, the sooner they will be on the road to Mississauga.
Also, in consideration of the number of buses combined with the fact that the Falcons will be hosting game three of their playoff series against Welland tonight, we ask that fans coming on the bus trip make an effort to carpool with other fans whenever possible. We also ask that they be respectful of Falcons fans coming out to their game by leaving as much parking as possible around the arena for the Falcons and their fans.
The entire IceDogs organization would like to thank all the fans that have helped to make the 7th Man Convoy the size it has reached and we would like to invite any available media to come see off the convoy and grab a picture this afternoon at 5pm as the convoy hits the road for Mississauga!
