IceCaps Sign Matthew Kirzinger to ATO

The St. John's IceCaps today announced they have signed forward Matthew Kirzinger to an amateur tryout contract.

Kirzinger, 25, played in 11 games with Ferris State University this season. In that time, the Leroy, SK native recorded four points (1G, 3A) and 17 penalty minutes. He has played in 130 games with Ferris State over four seasons recording 68 points (27G, 41A) and 165 penalty minutes.
