Daniel Hauser made 19 saves and Owen Pederson scored the game winning goal for the Winnipeg ICE Saturday night in a 4-3 victory over the Brandon Wheat Kings.

The win improves Hauser's personal record to 10-0 this season.

Conor Geekie, Ty Nash and Zach Benson also scored during the ICE Home Opener as Winnipeg now sports a 13-1 record on the season.

Nate Danielson, Charlie Elick and Zakhar Polshakov replied for Brandon (6-7-1).

Carson Bjarnason made 38 saves for the Wheat Kings.

The ICE were 2/6 on the power play while Brandon went 0/5.

Winnipeg returns to action Tuesday night at the ICE Cave inside Wayne Fleming Arena versus the Everett Silvertips at 7:00.
